We’re building 1-4 bedroom townhouses in three new communities in our new development in Somerfield, south Christchurch.
Te Uru Kahikatea Lane, Te Koroī Lane and Te Māpara Lane will be formed on what used to be Glue Place, the site of an old social housing complex decommissioned in 2023.
Our new homes will be offered for progressive home ownership and community rental. The first homes will welcome their first households by the end of 2025.
